Next generation valve technology
for next level energy supply
WHY CHOOSE BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 NEXT GENERATION VALVE TECHNOLOGY?
Precision engineering with one-weld laser technology
Our patented one-weld laser technology, combined with advanced robotic welders, ensures unmatched precision, strength, and safety. The laser produces exceptionally clean welds with full penetration. This precision technology reduces the risk of corrosion, ensures a longer service life, and provides a secure valve solution for your critical infrastructure needs.
Superior stem design for leak-proof reliability
Backed by over 40 years of expertise, the BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 features an improved stem design for enhanced leak protection. Our unique stem construction, supported by robust O-rings and PTFE 20% C rings, ensures a tighter seal when the pressure in the valves increases. It's a design so reliable, we’ve yet to receive a single complaint.
Cost-effective installations
The unique shape of the BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 valve combined with the high stem, offers the best solution for insulating the entire installation. By reducing heat loss and preventing condensation, the valve design helps lower energy consumption and extends longevity, delivering efficient and cost-effective installations across all industries.
Full traceability and maximum reliability
Each BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 valve is individually marked with a unique code, containing information like welding photos, pressure test records, and other vital process information. This information is secured for future question regarding the valve. Additionally, every valve undergoes rigorous pressure and function testing before leaving the factory in Denmark to ensure maximum safety and reliability.
Ergonomic handle design, easy to operate
Designed for ease operation, the ergonomic handle is made from fiberglass-reinforced composite with a metal core, offering resistance to heat transfer. It can be easily mounted in both flow directions, and color-coded clips can be added for quick media identification. This user-friendly feature makes the valve as practical as it is reliable.
Leading the way in sustainable documentation
We are proud to announce that all BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 valves features a third-party verified Design EPD (Environmental Product Declaration). This EPD provides a comprehensive insight into the environmental performance of the valve throughout its lifecycle. It details energy, resource consumption, waste generation and overall environmental impact.
Furthermore, the global warming potential (GWP) of the valve is a critical metric included in the EPD. The assessment ensures that the BROEN BALLOMAX® DN 40 - 150 valves meet the environmental standards set out in ISO 14025, ISO 21930 and EN 15804.The third-party verification by EPD-HUB guarantees the accuracy and reliability of the data, which enhances transparency and trust. The EPD empowers our customers to make decisions based on data that align with their goals in supporting a sustainable business model.
