BROEN at the Danish national district heating congress Landsmøde 2016 in Copenhagen(03.11.2016) 

 

The Danish national district energy organization Dansk Fjernvarme hosted its annual congress from 27th to 28th October in Copenhagen with attendance of more than 2,000 participants from the entire energy industry. The congress is the largest event in the Danish energy sector and includes decision-makers from most district heating companies, the district heating industry and energy politicians at local and national level.

At present, district energy is undertaking large-scale investments to prepare for the sustainable energy supply of the future. This also applies in heat production, distribution and optimization of networks.

 

As well as being the framework for a series of discussions on the framework conditions for the district heating industry, the event hosted an exhibition with more than 130 exhibitors representing some of the world's leading companies within consulting and manufacturing of district heating technology.

 

Sales Director Jesper Boysen from BROEN took part in the congress together with a dedicated team of district energy experts from 27th to 28th  October. Jesper Boysen reports, that there was a very positive atmosphere and many discussions with business relations preparing the path for future business opportunities and product launches.
